Wellness Coaching

Personalised or group sessions guide employees to balance their unique constitution (dosha) through nutrition, daily routines, and stress management. Led by Chandni, these sessions offer practical tools to enhance energy and focus, tailored to individual or team needs.

 

Guided Meditation & Breathwork

Group meditation sessions, infused with pranayama, help employees find calm and clarity. Perfect for lunch breaks or team-building, these sessions promote stress relief and team connection.

 

Cooking Workshops

Hands-on workshops teach employees to create nourishing, balanced meals based on Ayurvedic principles. Held in your office or a partnered venue, these sessions foster creativity and team cohesion. 

 

Yoga & Movement

Gentle or dynamic yoga sessions, led by a certified instructor, improve flexibility and reduce stress. Suitable for all levels, with chair yoga options for accessibility.

 

Sound Healing or Yoga Nidra 

Sound baths or yoga nidra sessions, led by a trained practitioner, promote emotional balance and mental clarity. A calming addition to any wellness program.

 

Wellness Talks

Interactive sessions on stress management, mindful eating, or holistic health, co-led by Chandni and guest experts. These sessions provide actionable insights for lasting wellbeing.
